ABOUT THE FOUNDERS
Anand J Sukhadia, Owner, om.life LLC & Podcast Host of The Limitless One Podcast
A life-long passion for wellness, holistic health, self development, spiritual growth, and positively contributing to the lives of others has led Anand down this magical path he lives today. Anand is the Founder & Director of om.life Wellness Modern Recovery Spa in Jersey City since December 2017, and is now the premiere holistic wellness center in all of Jersey City for close to 6 years and counting. om.life has thrived in a competitive wellness market in Downtown Jersey City, and is the most unique wellness experience on the East Coast. Anand is also the Host of the Limitless One Podcast where he has deeply meaningful conversations with those that are living a limitless life in whichever field of passion they choose. As the son of immigrant parents who came to the United States from India with just $8 in their pockets, Anand believes in the power of the individual, and it is his deepest desire is to help as many people as he can achieve inner happiness and outer success, and tap into their limitless potential. Anand is always seeking the most holistic, yet innovative breakthrough technologies that are changing the world for the better, and learned about the Energy Enhancement System in 2022. After a few hours into the experience, he knew he wanted to bring this 3D and 5D modality to his wellness center in Jersey City.
Kate Griffith, Women’s Empowerment Coach & Breathwork, Sound Healing, and Reiki Practitioner
Kate’s own healing journey led her to leave a successful 13 year career in Corporate Sales to follow her purpose & passion- to guide others to find a deepened sense of self & empowerment. Kate's love for health, fitness & holistic health space has led her to value the importance of proactive self-care. The connection of mind, body, spirit are ever present in the practices that Kate facilitates along with the power of the mind, thoughts & beliefs. Within the Scalar.Health Lounge at om.life Wellness Modern Recovery Spa in Jersey City, NJ she holds group events, rituals, & workshops all of which have been enhanced by the Energy Enhancement System- the ideal environment for transformation and deep inner work. While Kate was pregnant with her first child she accumulated over 40 hours in the EESystem and gave birth to a strong healthy boy in February 2024.
