DETOX BATH

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of sea salt

  • 2 cups baking soda

  • 1 cup Mule Team Borax

Optional items to add:

  • Pine oil or other essential oils

  • 1/2 cup bentonite clay

  • 2 tsp - 1/4 cup of ginger powder

  • 2 tsp - 1/4 cup matcha green tea

  • 2 cups food grade/regular hydrogen peroxide

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put ingredients in a tub of hot water and soak for minimum of 30 minutes or more with a wet towel over the chest (to help draw out toxins)

  2. Beneficial to scrub skin while in bath

  3. Magnesium lotion/oil over joints and/or coconut oil on skin following bath

BATH ALTERNATIVE

  • If a bath is not an option, soaking feet in hot water with halved the ingredients of a detox bath for at least 30 minutes will suffice

HYDRATION JUICE

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 stalks of celery

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 1/2 lime

  • 1 cup of cilantro

  • 1 cup of kale

  • 1 green apple

DIRECTIONS

  1. Run your ingredients through a juicer, or mix in a blender and strain

  2. Serve chilled

IMMUNITY JUICE

SERVING: 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cm of fresh turmeric

  • 4 carrots

  • 1 cm of fresh ginger

  • 1 orange

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 3 stalks of celery

DIRECTIONS

  1. Run your ingredients through a juicer, or mix in a blender and strain

  2. Serve chilled

ENERGY JUICE

SERVING: 1

  • 2 carrots

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 1 cm of fresh ginger
