DETOX BATH
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of sea salt
2 cups baking soda
1 cup Mule Team Borax
Optional items to add:
Pine oil or other essential oils
1/2 cup bentonite clay
2 tsp - 1/4 cup of ginger powder
2 tsp - 1/4 cup matcha green tea
2 cups food grade/regular hydrogen peroxide
DIRECTIONS
Put ingredients in a tub of hot water and soak for minimum of 30 minutes or more with a wet towel over the chest (to help draw out toxins)
Beneficial to scrub skin while in bath
Magnesium lotion/oil over joints and/or coconut oil on skin following bath
BATH ALTERNATIVE
If a bath is not an option, soaking feet in hot water with halved the ingredients of a detox bath for at least 30 minutes will suffice
